Double-A Tennessee

Smokies fell to Jacksonville 6-3.

#17 prospect, RHP Thomas Hatch had a great start despite the loss. Hatch allowed four hits and two earned runs over 6.0 innings. He struck out five and walked one.
2B Vimael Machin went 1-for-4 with 1 RBI and a run scored.
1B P.J. Higgins went 1-for-4 with a run scored.
