  • #7 prospect, OF Brennen Davis went 2-for-3 with a 3-run homer for 4 RBI in game 2 of a doubleheader for South Bend. Davis now has 3 home runs and 10 RBI through 18 games this season. He’s hitting .328 along the way. Check out our prospect profile and video on Davis.
  • #12 prospect, RHP Alex Lange dominated in 7.0 innings for Myrtle Beach. Lange allowed just 2 hits and 1 earned run. He struck out 9 and walked 2.
  • 2B prospect Robel Garcia homered again for Iowa. Garcia now has 17 on the season along with 50 RBI in 54 games. He’s hitting .300 overall between Tennessee and Iowa this season. Garcia has been the biggest prospect breakout for the Cubs.
