The Cubs are giving reliever Brandon Morrow one more chance.

Morrow signed a 2 year, $18-million deal with the Cubs in December 2017. He only appeared in 35 games for the 2018 Cubs before being shut down with numerous injuries.
There was a slight chance of Morrow pitching in 2019 but after another rehab setback, he was shut down once again.
The Cubs get a low-risk, high-reward signing in Brandon Morrow for just $1 million or $1.25 million with incentives.
