1-4 stayed the same while Ohio State moved up one spot after their big win over Miami (OH). Oklahoma had a bye, thus resulting in their drop. Wisconsin jumped from #13 to #8 after an impressive win over Michigan, who fell from #11 to #20.
USC, Kansas State, and Michigan State enter the rankings after being unranked the previous week. Iowa also improved 4 spots despite not playing in Week 4.
