The 2-year old girl’s condition, who was struck by an Albert Almora foul ball last month, was updated on Wednesday.
Per ABC 13 in Houston, the girl suffered a skull fracture and seizure from the incident, according to her family’s attorney.
The girl also had subdural bleeding, brain contusions and brain edema per ABC 13’s report.
The Houston attorney issued this statement:
“The family’s foremost concern is about the health of their child, but they also wanted me to extend their thanks to the fans and the Astros for their concern.”
